Manual Lymphatic Drainage

Lymphatic Drainage Massage is a gentle, non-invasive massage technique designed to stimulate the flow of lymphatic fluid throughout the body.

A Manual Lymphatic Drainage massage uses light pressure and rhythmic movements to encourage the lymphatic fluid to flow more freely. The massage starts with gentle strokes around the neck and collarbone area, which helps to open up the lymphatic vessels in this region. I then move onto the face and work my way down the body, using circular, sweeping movements to stimulate lymphatic flow in the arms, legs, and trunk.

The massage is very relaxing and can be used to help reduce swelling, improve circulation, and support the body's natural detoxification processes. It can also be helpful for individuals with lymphedema, a condition in which the lymphatic system is damaged or blocked, leading to swelling and discomfort in the affected area.
